Project Support Manager Project Support Manager (PSM) is an enterprise-wide project management tool allowing teams to track bugs, issues, risks, change requests, action items and decisions all related to their specific projects. PSM has been used by State of Washington agencies such as the Department of Licensing, Department of Social & Health Services, Department of Agriculture and Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction. PSM is available for purchase or subscription use. PSM includes 317's Splat bug tracking tool.
