Project Support Manager
Project Support Manager (PSM) is an enterprise-wide project management tool allowing teams to track bugs,
issues, risks, change requests, action items and decisions all related to their specific projects.
PSM has been used by State of Washington agencies such as the Department of Licensing, Department of
Social & Health Services, Department of Agriculture and Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
PSM is available for purchase or subscription use. PSM includes 317's Splat bug tracking tool.

- Users only need one username and password for all projects they are assigned to
- Starting Page - After login, a list of all your projects shows up
- Querys that can refine your search by Status, Assigned To, Found By, Priority, Severity, Sub Project as well as include a key word search of the title and/or description
- Multiple levels of users: Developer, Tester, Review and others. Can limit testers to only submit bugs
- Tracks any changes made to any of the items
- View reports for each area with the ability to display items that match specific criteria
